Recommendations on the basis of research
Reorganization process of the Russian educational system, proclaiming humanitarian values, is directed toward the educational availability, quality and efficacy expansion. That's why in the beginning of the XXI century Russian schools have eagerly joined the UNESCO programme "Education for All". The changes that followed have affected the primary stage of general education.
